Job Title: Travel/Sales Agent

We are seeking a personable and service-oriented Travel/Sales Agent . The ideal candidate is passionate about faith-based travel, skilled in customer service and sales, and capable of planning and booking religious tours and pilgrimages. This role involves assisting clients with travel arrangements, promoting upcoming tours, and ensuring a seamless and uplifting experience from start to finish.
\n\n \n Responsibilities: \n\nConsult with clients to understand their travel needs and recommend appropriate religious tour packages
\n\t\n\tBook flights, hotels, tours, and transportation for individuals and groups
\n\t\n\tPromote and sell travel packages through phone, email, and social media channels
\n\t\n\tProvide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and religious significance
\n\t\n\tManage client bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation
\n\t\n\tCoordinate with vendors, tour guides, and travel partners to ensure smooth trip execution
\n\t\n\tAssist with payment processing and follow-up communications
\n\t\n\tMeet or exceed monthly sales goals and client satisfaction benchmarks
\n\t\nPrior experience in travel booking, sales, or customer service preferred
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with faith-based travel, religious destinations, or church communities a plus
\n\t\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills
\n\t\n\tOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multi-tasking
\n\t\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, or similar)
\n\t\n\t Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) a plus
