Senior Accountant – Hatfield PA - (Onsite, with flexibility after 6 months 1-day WFH)

Compensation: $80K–$90K + Bonus ($2,500) + Excellent Benefits

This role is perfect for someone who likes variety, enjoys collaborating, and is comfortable handling both day-to-day accounting (AP/AR) and higher-level tasks like month-end close. You’ll report to the Controller and gain valuable experience as the team rolls out a new ERP system.

Responsibilities – Senior Accountant

• Lead month-end close, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing
• Oversee expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and sales tax filings
• Participate in the rollout of Sage Intacct, helping optimize accounting workflows
• Support the annual audit process and maintain compliance documentation

Requirements - Senior Accountant

• 4+ years accounting experience, financial statement preparation + month-end close
• Comfortable handling operational accounting (AP/AR) and higher-level financial reporting
• ERP experience and system implementation experience a plus
