We are seeking a Small Business Sales Manager to join our team! You will provide exceptional customer service at one of our 3 women's fashion boutiques located in Lewes and Long Neck.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Create merchandise displays
• Contact customers when new products arrive
• Reach monthly sales targets
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Process shipments as they arrive
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Take photos in store for Social Media team

• Previous retail experience in sales and management, boutique sales preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Detail-oriented
• Sales Goals Driven
• Open availability for scheduling
• Ability to stand for entire shift (~7- hours)
• Self-Motivated
• Passionate about Fashion

Women of all shapes, sizes and ages are cherished and given legendary customer service by our team of hardworking, positive, and service-focused Sales Representatives.

As word of mouth spreads about this special boutique we need to bring on additional members to our team to meet the needs of our growing business. Positions can start immediately.
Retail experience is required and a background in women’s apparel is preferred. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, a desire to serve, and a passion for fashion and body positivity are an absolute must.

We offer comprehensive training, employee incentive programs, a great store-wide discount and a vibrant work environment.
We are open 7 days a week and therefore require availability for day, evening, and weekend work. We are looking for someone with full or part-time availability with 3 days minimum.
