Our team, consisting of 10 top-performing agents collaborating with PLACE, is excited to welcome 1 or 2 motivated agent partners ready to thrive with personalized mentorship and committed support.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our world class PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute our paint by number lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice with your team, either virtually or in person
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are a licensed or nearly licensed agent looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity.
