Responsibilities - Shadowing and Training - Engage in hands-on training, role-playing, and demonstrations of top industry practices alongside an experienced agent.
- Lead Generation - Utilize our robust lead generation system with real buyers and sellers, while also practicing our PLACE lead generation methods weekly to enhance your own skills.
- Open Houses - Use your friendly and approachable demeanor, combined with our proven strategies, to host open houses that draw in potential buyers and sellers.
- Communication - Master effective relationship-building techniques that help turn conversations into meaningful appointments.
- Script Practice - Participate in weekly script training sessions designed to create a supportive environment and sharpen your communication abilities.
- Team Collaboration - Take part in engaging team events that build strong connections and foster a sense of community.
- Coaching and Development - Benefit from weekly one-on-one coaching, dynamic training sessions, and Partner Calls to share experiences and gain new insights.
- Client Consultation - Apply established systems and technology to guide buyers and sellers confidently through the home buying and selling journey.
- Home Selection - Identify properties that align with your clients' needs and secure signed buyer agreements to help them find their ideal home.
- Negotiation - Use proven scripts and strategies to negotiate offers effectively, creating win-win outcomes that surpass client expectations.
- Support Services - Leverage our dedicated support team to handle up to 75% of the typical Buyer's Agent tasks, allowing you to focus on closing deals.
- Technology Utilization - Take advantage of our advanced PLACE Technology to streamline client management and consistently achieve your personal and professional goals while delivering exceptional service.
