Job DescriptionPhysician Recruiter3 months (with potential extension based on business needs)Predominantly remote - Fountain Valley, CA (occasional travel required)PR: $40-$45 hourly Must Haves: Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, preferably in provider recruitment Experience with negotiation techniques and sensitive/confidential information Strong communication, sourcing, and applicant tracking system skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet sourcing techniques Ability to travel 10-25% to client locations Preferred: Experience with Taleo ATS AIRS or social media recruiting certification HR professional designations (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP)Job Description:We are seeking a Physician Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced health practitioners. This role partners with executives and physician leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and site visits, and negotiate offers. The position is part of the HR Shared Services team and is primarily remote, with occasional travel to hospitals and clinics across Southern California.
