Collaborative Excellence: Join a well-established team with a system-wide presence, including 8 Palliative Care Physicians, 10 APPs, a Chaplain, 3 Social Workers, and 2 Nurse Navigators. Benefit from robust interdisciplinary collaboration in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Comprehensive Scope of Practice:
Provide specialty palliative and hospice care across a variety of settings: inpatient service, outpatient clinics, and community-based hospice care.
Work closely with oncology, pulmonary, and other specialties to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
Contribute to our expanding outpatient program that serves patients across a broad medical spectrum.
Engage in meaningful teaching opportunities within our Palliative Care Fellowship Program.

Dedicated Resources: With clinical oversight of the largest system-owned hospice in Monroe County, you’ll have the tools and resources needed to provide exceptional care.

Pay Transparency
In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include: productivity and/or value based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
