Duties:

Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex legal issues.
Represent clients in regulatory matters and handle fund compliance issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related matters.
Demonstrated expertise in fund operational issues and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.
Skills:
Proficiency in fund formation documentation and negotiation.
In-depth knowledge of investment fund regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
