Schedule: Mon/Thu/Fri/Sat 8a-5p
Skills and abilities of a Dental Receptionist include:
Greet patients with a warm and elcoming demeanor, providing a positive first impression of our practice
Schedule appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and maintain accurate patient records
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing helpful and accurate information
Verify insurance coverage, collect patient information, and process payments
Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow
Handle patient concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
Dental Billing experience
Dental Insurance Coordinator experience and submitting insurance claims
Type of patient schedule and prepare charts for next day
Job Requirements
Must have dental experience
Excellent verbal skills
Experience with billing
Experience with Dentrix Ascend
Strong computer skills
Ability to handle more than one thing at a time
Dental computer software experience
