Redbox+ Driver Position

Job Summary Redbox+ of SouthEast WI is in search of a full-time CDL class B driver to join our team. We are a small, family owned business based in SouthEast WI.

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely, and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites. Timely communication and accurate reporting verbally as well as through our mobile e-commerce app are essential.

The best fit for this role is an individual who enjoys creating working relationships with project managers, respects homeowners, and their property puts safety first, manages their time appropriately, understands the importance of logistics, and doesn't mind getting a little dirty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Log Driver Hours as required by DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/Service portable toilets using vac tank system
• Secure Tarp containers during transports
• Perform daily pre and post trip safety inspections and scheduled maintenance of the truck according to DOT guidelines
• Daily inspection of redbox+ containers and other assets of the company.
• Promptly flag any identified issues to management
• Use company software to complete daily deliveries and pickups
• Maintain an excellent reputation with our customers for on time delivery and pickup. "On Time, Every Time" is the redbox+ promise
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must provide current vehicle driver's license and access to driving record
• Good driving record
• Valid/Current Class B CDL
• Pass a background check
• Pass drug tests before and during employment
• Legally able to work in the US
• Must have High School diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity of Kenosha, Walworth and Racine County area
• One year roll off driving experience preferred

• Excellent time management skills to ensure always on time
• Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
• Navigate high traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
• Highly skilled backing and maneuvering sometimes necessary
• Professional interactions with customers and maintain professional and courteous behavior to all members of public

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $23.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off
