We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join the mill department at our rapidly growing precision aerospace machine shop in Clarksville, IN.
\nRequired Technical Skills:
\n- Must have 10+ years of fluent Mastercam 2023 experience - 3 axis VMC with rotary attachment required, 4 axis HMC (tombstone) required, and 5 axis experience qualifies for higher pay
\n- Must have 10+ years of fluent experience with Haas & Fanuc control machines
\n- Must have experience holding tolerances of +/- 0.00025" or less in a production environment
\n- Must be able to practice lean manufacturing, meet deadlines as quoted, and follow shop process
\n- Must be willing to lead a team of setup personnel and operators, and ensure that company goals, policies, and standards are upheld by all. This job requires you to hold a leadership role in some capacity.
