The Opportunity

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe's topexecutives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on itsfast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in some ofAdobe's boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, and its expansion into a leadershipposition in Digital Marketing, and Adobe's positioning in the market around Generative AI .

Today, Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwide - be itby giving creatives everything they need to design amazing newcontent, or by enabling global enterprises in their digitaltransformation and the creation of experience businesses.

What you'll do

As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join our highlyentrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consultingfirms and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of strategic topics, such as developing product strategies, assessing the impact of technological trends, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobe's future strategic positioning, and crafting a perspective on market adjacencies, including the strategies to pursue (e.g., build, buy, or partner). You will drive projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at accelerating Adobe's long-term growth. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to support senior executives across the business as they tackle their most critical challenges, providing you with invaluable insights into their decision-making processes. What you need to succeed

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025

• 3-4 years of proven track record of leading groundbreaking changewith increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in managementconsulting, consumer internet, or SaaS strategy

• Intellectual curiosity, deep interest in the technology landscape,evolving trends and long-term horizon

• Ability to build 'outside-in' POV on market opportunities and drive clear implications and recommendations

• Structured problem solver with ability to break down big, difficultproblems into discrete elements

• Hypothesis led problem solver with executive presence

• Ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and writtencommunication skills

• Experience leading teams and commitment to coaching / mentoring

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $99,500 -- $201,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
